查爾斯頓（Charleston）是位於Punakaiki和Westport之間的小鎮。我們住的渡假屋就在海邊的山坡上，但周邊都是私有土地，要去沙灘走走得開車繞一小圈。連續走走停停了近三個星期，開始越來越宅，這天只安排下午去沙灘走走，然後去二十公里外的Westport的New World補糧。
[NL] Charleston is een dorp tussen Punakaiki en Westport. Onze vakantiehuis was vlakbij de zee maar omcirkel bij prive landstukken. Daarom moesten we stukje rond rijden om bij de strand te komen. Na bijna drie weken op reis zijn we wat minder actiief geworden. Deze dag hebben we allen in gepland voor ’s middags naar de strand toe uitwaaien en naar Westport voor boodschappen doen.
[EN] Charleston is a small village that is located in between Punakaiki and Westport. Our holiday house is located nearby the sea but surrounded by private property. Thus we have to drive around to reach the beach. After almost three weeks on the way, we became lazier and spent more time to rest. This day, we only planned to visit the beach and then go to Westport for groceries.

退潮時分，濕濕的沙灘上映著藍天白雲的倒影。
退潮把沙灘洗刷出漂亮的條紋。
這裡的石頭和小溪都是亮晶晶的，都含金嗎？
吹完海風，來去Westport的New World買菜囉！

[EN] Time to go to Westport for groceries.
這天，COVID-19 Alert升級到Level 2。

這裡的M&M還有復活節的巧克力。
紐西蘭的mosselen好大，但沒有荷蘭的好吃。
[NL] De mosselen in Nieuw-Zeeland zijn groter maar niet zo lekker als die in Nederland.
