今天去健身中心,預約了定期的review,調整肌力訓練項目,順帶測量體重。這次體重長了,但教練笑瞇瞇地說:別緊張,脂肪率降了,長得都是肌肉。這兩年被教練“催眠”,年齡越大就越難增肌,所以別隨意減肥而讓肌肉流失。嗯,就用魚與熊掌不可兼得來自我安慰,減肥就看著辦吧!
