健行到Ta Van後，我們繼續坐車到Bản Dền（泰族村落）。途中，在一小店休息、用午餐。到了Bản Dền，我們參觀了家民宿，剛好主人家在釀酒，也一窺釀酒的過程。
After 4km trekking, we continued our way to Bản Dền by car. On the way, we stopped at a small shop to have our lunch. When we arrived Bản Dền, we were welcome at a homestay to have a look of local culture.

交叉路口右轉，我們往離沙壩更遠的Bản Dền去。

來到大路旁的小店休息，美蘭跟店家借廚房給我們弄午餐，我們這負責乘涼和賞景。

因為小店偏遠，散客得自帶材料，這樣老闆就沒有浪費食材的風險。
這是我們一人一碗的番茄肉片河粉湯。
The restaurant shop was outside of Sapa Town. To reduce risk of wasting ingredient, our guide’s required to bring own ingredient to serve our lunch. This’s our noodle soup with tomato and pork slices.

這是在釀米酒。釀酒也很重要，農耕的各個階段（比如插秧和收割）都有需要其他村民幫忙的時候，自釀的米酒就用來犒賞來幫忙的村民。更有一說，若酒沒釀好，就別指望別人來幫忙。
Making rice wine. Rice wine is very important in this society. During different farming seasons, such as transplanting or harvesting, you need to reward the people come to help you by your own rice wine. Even said that, if you don’t prepare your rice wine well, don’t expect others to give a hand.
