麗江的東巴谷景區是這天的第二個景點。東巴谷位於玉龍雪山腳下，是個在造山運動中形成的斷裂谷。這裡是納西族的東巴文化之發源地，東巴文字也是現世唯一還活著的象形文字。這景區不大，主要介紹東巴文化和裸美樂大峽谷的景色。我們在雨中匆匆地走完景區，全程不到一個小時。
Dongba Valley, where the Naxi’s Dongba culture began, is our second destination of this day. Dongba’s hieroglyphs is the only hieroglyphs that still in use nowadays. The scenic area introduces the Dongba’s culture and the Luomeile Grand Canyon, and we spent about an hour to finish the tour in rain.

24日上午，我們從大理啟程往麗江，走大麗線S221省道，花了近四個半小時才抵達麗江古城。這趟路程，把我們從海拔1,900米帶到了2,400米，算是往更高海拔目的地的第一波。
In the morning of July 24th, we travelled 190km via the S221 Provincial Road, from Dali to Lijiang. We’re almost 4.5 hours on the way, through the mountains and valleys, from altitude of 1,900 m to 2,400 m. This is the first introduction in our journey through the mountain area, and it could be seen as a preparation for the coming days to even higher destinations.

下午兩點，我們從蝴蝶泉附近的碼頭乘坐杜鵑號遊輪遊洱海。洱海，長約40公里，寬約7-8公里，面積250平方公里，是雲南省第二大、中國第七大的淡水湖。兩個半小時的旅程，讓我們以很悠閒的方式感受洱海之大、蒼山之美，也為早晨匆促的行程來個緩衝。
14pm, we joined a cruise tour to enjoy the beauty of Erhai Lake and the Cangshan Mountain that surround the lake. Erhai is situated at 1,972 metres above sea level. In size, the North-South length of the lake is 40 kilometres and the East-West width is roughly 7–8 kilometres. Its area is 250 square kilometres, making it the second largest lake of Yunnan Province. This 2,5 hour journey was really the best way to relax ourselves after the rushing programmes in the morning.

今天和同事去荷蘭北部的Drachten、Assen、Emmen巡店，往返總共560公里左右的路程很長，早上七點出門，晚上十一點才回到家，真的累翻了。好在臨出門前有把單眼帶上，沿途還能拍些荷蘭的秋色來打發時間。
Today, I went to visit our store at Drachten, Assen and Emmen with colleague. That’s in total about 560km for the whole trip. These’re the photo’s on the way, show you how beautiful is the Dutch’s autumn.

離開崇聖寺，我們在細雨中匆匆地逛了大理古城，然後就直奔蝴蝶泉。蝴蝶泉也是電影《五朵金花》的阿鵬哥和金花對歌談情的地方，以“蝶”、“泉”、“樹”有名。如今這裡的蝶海奇觀不再，只剩下泉與樹，還有一群群慕名而來的遊客。
After leaving the Chongsheng Temple, we had a short tour at the ancient city of Dali in rain, then we went to Butterfly Spring. Butterfly Spring used to be famous with it’s nature wonder of butterflies sea at the tree nearby the spring. But, nowaday, the butterflies are gone and only a nature scenic area with spring and green.

這次到九鄉，因略過坐索道這環，我們只穿過雄獅大廳到神女宮就往回走。但有觀賞到的景觀，尤其是在神女宮內，真的美不勝收、如臨仙境。
At Jiuxiang Karst Caves, we didn’t visit all scenic spots because we decided to skip taking the cable car. We have passed the Grand Lion Hall to the Goddess Palace, and took the same way back to the entrance. But everywhere we’ve visited, the scenes was so beautiful and it seems like a wonderland.
