餵飽五臟廟、從餐廳出來，路上黑麻麻的一片，但抬頭一看，竟是一片漂亮的星空。在光害嚴重的城市生活久了，看到星空是興奮無比的事。跟巴特爬到酒店的屋頂，用手上僅有的小腳架和大光圈鏡頭，開始摸索怎麽拍星空。這系列處女作，就是盲目地用手動拍下來的。因為拍不出壯觀的feel來，小試了會就變成純賞景了。那現場的感受真的難以形容，也該說是這輩子難得有緣這麽接近銀河和星空，此次的旅行真的無憾了！
On the way back to our hotel after dinner, we saw the wonderful starry sky in dark. As human being who live in city with a lot of light pollutions, we were so excited to watch the stars and to feel the loneliness in the Milky Way.

重頭戲來了，梅里雪山全景。從離開麗江往香格里拉起，我們走的就是著名的三江並流地帶。德欽飛來寺是我們此行最北的目的地，在這可以欣賞梅里雪山（太子十三峰）的美景。
Here we’re, the view of Meili Snow Mountain. Since we left Lijiang to Shangri-La, we entered the Three Parallel Rivers of Yunnan Protected Areas. 經過奔子欄，我們開始翻越白馬雪山的路程。首先，到金沙江的月亮灣休息一會，再去參觀噶丹。東竹林寺，接著翻過雪山往德欽。白馬雪山，或稱白茫／白芒雪山，位於雲南省德欽縣東南部，是瀾滄江和金沙江的分水嶺，海拔一般在五千米以上，主峰拉扎雀尼。G214國道穿過中部海拔4.230米的白馬雪山埡口。
After passing Benzilan, we have a short stop at the Moon Bend of Jinsha River, then we went to visit Dongzhulin Monastery, and then keep up- and downhilling to climb over the Baima Snow Mountain. Baima (or Baimang) Snow Mountain, also named as White Horse Snow Mountain, is located in between Jinsha River and Lancang River, most of the peaks are higher than 5km. The G214 National Road is passing here at the point of 4.230m.

到了香格里拉後，我們的旅程就剩下三天了。接著的兩天，只攻香格里拉（中甸）－梅里雪山（飛來寺）－香格里拉，是此次雲南行中海拔最高、沿途景色最優的一段。這一篇是從香格里拉出發，到奔子欄的沿途景色。奔子欄，藏語的意思是“美麗的沙壩”，位於雲南省迪慶州德欽縣的白馬雪山腳下，在金沙江的西岸，214國道從這穿過。自古以來，奔子欄是交通要道，是“茶馬古道”的必經之路，是從雲南北部進入西藏或四川的咽喉之地。
The coming two days, we travelled from Shangri-La to Meili Snow Mountain and turned back. This was the most beautiful part of our Yunnan tour. This article shares the pictures form Shangri-La to Benzilan. Benzilan is located in Deqin County, at the foot of Baima Snow Mountain and the west side of Jinsha River. Since ancient times, Benzilan has an important place for the transport from North Yunnan to Tibet or Sichuan. The G214 National Road (main road from Dali to Tibet) goes through here nowaday, and was also a must pass through place of ancient “Tea Horse Road” or the South Silk Road thousand years ago. 下午三點，到了香格里拉市的酒店後，就是自由活動的時間了。我們三個都忙著補眠，下午五點多才出門覓食，因在酒店附近找不到合心意的餐廳，最後打的到市中心的壇城廣場一帶覓食，順便走走。在這海拔3,300米的地方，幸運的是，我們都沒什麽高原反應，就是晚上比較難以入眠。
15pm, we arrived our hotel at Shangri-La. After a short sleep, we began to look for dinner in the neighbourhood of our hotel, but finally we went to the city center to have KFC. Then we had a walk around the Tancheng Square before sunset. Luckily, we didn’t feel uncomfortable at the altitude of 3,300 m, beside hardly to have a nice sleep in night.

在虎跳峽鎮用過午餐後，我們開始直奔香格里拉市（原名中甸縣），路程約120公里。這兩個小時半的路程中，因沒藍天白雲襯托，沿途景色澤有些黯淡，但出色依然。
After having lunch at Hutiaoxia Town, we continued our journey to Shangri-La, or Zhongdian. The distance was about 120 km and took us about 2.5 hours to reach there. Due to rainy weather, we didn’t have blue sky in sight, but the views were still so pretty and attractive.

虎跳峽是世界最深的峽谷之一，峽谷長18公里，南岸有玉龍雪山、主峰海拔高度5,596米，北岸有哈巴雪山、主峰海拔高度5,396米，谷底流過的河流為金沙江（或長江的上游），河寬僅有30-60米。虎跳峽的上峽口海拔1,800米，下峽口海拔1,630米，兩岸山嶺與江面相差2,500-3,000米，谷坡峻峭，景色壯觀。金沙江在峽內連下七個陡坎，落差170米，水勢洶湧，聲勢浩大。我們去了香格里拉的虎跳峽（上虎跳）景區，欣賞這遠近馳名的自然景觀。
Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the deepest gorge of the world, lying between Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (highest peak 5,596 m) and Haba Snow Mountain (highest peak 5,396 m), about 18 km in length. Jinsha River, or upper section of Yangtze River, flows through the valley. The width of the river is only 30-60 m, arrives here at an altitude of 1,800 m and leaves at 1,630 m height, falling 170m in 7 steeps rapidly. We went to the scenic area at Shangri-La County, at the upper section of Tiger Leaping Gorge.

來到秀麗的瀘沽湖，讓我們對神秘的女兒國有了進一步的認識。瀘沽湖位於雲南省與四川省之間，湖邊的居民以摩梭人為主。摩梭人屬母系社會，女性當家，男不婚、女不嫁，有走婚的習俗。我們因第二天得提早啟程回麗江，遊瀘沽湖的行程就只選了坐豬槽船遊湖及晚上的篝火晚會。雖然沒有環湖，錯失了好些景點，但還是不虛此行，收穫不少。
During our visiting at Lugu Lake, we learn more about the real Women’s Kingdom. Lugu Lake is located on the border between Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province. The main inhabitants here are Mosuo people, who still remain their traditional culture and matriarchal society structure. There are no marriage and women play a main role in family and society. This’s why this area is also named as Women’s Kingdom. Due to the road condition, we needed to depart the next day on time in the morning to go back to Lijiang. So we only had the chance to take a boat tour at the lake and to join the campfire party in the evening. Although we missed some interesting places to visit, but we gained a lot of wonderful memories in this trip.

接著的五天，我們大部分時間都在路上，翻山越嶺，往海拔高度越來越高的目的地前進。因適逢雨季，許多路段塌方中斷，我們每天得繞遠路、走更險峻顛簸的山路。幸運的是，我們平安地走完每一段路程，也有緣欣賞更多迤邐的景色。26日，我們從麗江往寧蒗瀘沽湖去參觀高原湖泊和女兒國（摩梭文化），27日原路折返麗江，因省道有塌方，我們得繞鄉道，還得在12-14點之間經過阿海電站附近的施工地帶，時間抓得緊，沿途沒什麽停車休息，但風景超讚，尤其是綠油油的梯田，讓人驚嘆這蓄水造田的智慧和它造就的景觀。
The coming five days, we were travelling to higher and higher destinations. Due to raining season, many main roads were broken by landslides, and we needed to spend more time on the secondary or county roads to reach our destinations. But, to be honest, the scenics of the alternative ways were even more interesting in our eyes. July 26th, we departed from Lijiang to Lugu Lake and turned back at the next day. The distance was about 200km and it took us about 7 hours on the way. We had to take the county road, instead of provincial way, and with a condition that we needed to pass a construction area between 12-14pm. Anyway, we enjoyed the nature views a lot, especially the terraces at the mountains.
